Report on MCKA.IN Website Orientation
An orientation session on the MCKA.IN website was conducted for the first-year MCA students (2025–27 batch) on 23rd July 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. The session aimed to familiarize the new students with the official academic portal, its functionalities, and how to effectively navigate and utilize it throughout their course.
The session began with an introductory note by Satheesh Kumar Sir, who highlighted the importance of the MCKA.IN platform in academic activities. Following this, M. Kiran gave a warm and respectful introduction of the session’s resource person, Dr. Sr. Italia Joseph Maria, who then led the main orientation.

Dr. Sr. Italia Joseph Maria conducted a detailed walkthrough of the website, beginning with the login page. She patiently explained each section of the site, including navigation tools, student dashboards, assignment portals, academic announcements, and other key modules. Each feature was clearly demonstrated, ensuring that students understood how to access and use the site efficiently. She also elaborated on important academic details such as course outcomes and the mark division structure relevant to their MCA curriculum.
The session was informative and interactive, allowing students to clarify their doubts regarding the use of the platform. It concluded on a patriotic note with the National Anthem, marking the end of the orientation session.
