Life lessons from a pencil!!!

In the beginning, the Pencil Maker spoke to the pencil saying, There are five things you need to know before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and you will become the best pencil you can be.
You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in Someone's hand. First:
You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but this is required if you are to become a better pencil. Second:
You have the ability to correct any mistakes you might make. Third:
The most important part of you will always be what's inside. Fourth:
No matter what the condition, you must continue to write. You must always leave a clear, legible mark no matter how difficult the situation. Fifth:
The pencil understood, promising to remember, and went into the box fully understanding its Maker's purpose. Now put yourself in place of the pencil; always remember it and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

An inspiring story of the World’s youngest CEO

Suhas Gopinath
When 14-year-old Suhas Gopinath started Globals Inc ten years ago from a cyber cafe in Bengaluru, he didn't know that he had become the youngest CEO in the world.

Today, Globals is a multi-million dollar company with offices in the United States, India, Canada, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East and has 100 employees in India and 56 abroad.

Hailing from a middle class family, his father worked as a scientist for the Indian Army and he used to study in the Air Force school in Bengaluru.Since he had no computer at home, he offered the local internet cafe owner to open the shop during afternoon when usually it was closed and it helped him to surf the net for free. Once he got the chance to  manage the shop and browse the net, he began to build websites. He registered himself as a website builder in a freelance marketplace in the web and his first website was done for free as he had no references.

Once he began to get paid, he built his own portal, Coolhindustan.com focused on NRIs. When he was 14, Network Solutions offered him a part-time job in the US and they said they would sponsor his education in the US . He rejected the offer because that was the time he had read a story about Bill Gates and how he started Microsoft. He thought it was more fun to have his own company.

Soon after his 9th standard summer vacation, he started his own company, Globals Inc. He registered his company in the US as in India , you are not able to start a company unless you are 18. It takes only 15 minutes to start a company in the US .
