MCA Dept Join hands with   IITA &Avila School of Counseling Palai for this new initiative .

Programme Objectives

• Create self awareness in the students enabling them to make a sensitive self appraisal of their potential. 
• Empower them to take learning contracts individually and at the group level and strive to fulfil them.
• Create  awareness of interpersonal and intrapersonal processes, challenges and ways to overcome.
• Enable them to modulate their behaviour according to situations
• Equip them with tools for personal stress management
