Sad news hits MBC fest

The tech fest, Samasya, held at MBC College of Engineering hit a stunner when one of the participants died on the spot in a motor accident. The exact details of the accidents are not known yet, but according to our students who where taking part in the fest, this is what happened.

As part of the fest, a bike stunt show was organized. While practicing for the show, the person who died, lost control of his bike. On doing a front wheeling, the bike toppled and the back of his head hit the ground. There was no other injuries, it was said, but he died within a short time after that. One of the reason for the accident was the heavy winds that were blowing the whole day. But others point out that the main problem was that he wasn't wearing a helmet. If he was wearing one, there wouldn't have been any problem. At this point we, the Clarion team, emphasis the importance of wearing a helmet while riding a bike and express our condolences.

With Prayers,
Clarion team

saw the news in the paper and was thinking whether itz in marian or in MBC. a sad thing indeed... may his soul rest in peace.

Stunting is dangerous - doing stunt and stunt practice without protective gear is stupid and suicidal. Any stunt artist worth his salt will place his safety first - there is no point in taking unnecessary risks.
