The Department of Computer Applications, Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous) proudly hosted the Silver Jubilee Alumni Reunion of its First MCA Batch (2001–2004) on 14 August 2026. The reunion marked a significant milestone, celebrating 25 years of friendships, learning, achievements, and cherished memories.
The event brought together alumni from different parts of the country, providing a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with classmates, faculty members, and the institution that laid the foundation for their professional journeys. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, nostalgia, laughter, and heartfelt conversations as memories of campus life were relived.
The celebration commenced with a Group Photo Session at 4:30 PM, capturing the reunion of the pioneering MCA batch in front of their alma mater. This was followed by the Official Reunion Gathering, where alumni shared their inspiring career experiences, reflected on their student days, and expressed their gratitude to the teachers who shaped their lives.
Faculty members welcomed the alumni and appreciated their remarkable contributions in academia, industry, entrepreneurship, and various professional fields over the past two and a half decades. The gathering also highlighted the enduring bond between the alumni and the department, reaffirming the values of lifelong learning, friendship, and community.
The evening concluded with a delightful dinner, offering everyone more time to reconnect, reminisce, and create new memories together.
