In an era where education is rapidly evolving with technology, faculty members and researchers must continuously upgrade their pedagogical and research skills. Addressing this need, the IQAC of Jagannath Barooah University (State University), Assam,  and the  IQAC and PG Department of Computer Applications, Marian College, Kuttikkanam Autonomous jointly organises a national-level online Faculty Development Program (FDP) on OBE and Application of Generative AI in Teaching and Research, in association with ipsr solutions limitedin collaboration with Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous and IPSR Solutions Limited, is organizing a National-level Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) focused on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and the Application of Generative AI in Teaching and Research.

Participants who may miss live sessions will have access to recorded lectures, ensuring flexibility and inclusivity.

This FDP is designed to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methodologies and modern, technology-driven approaches. With the increasing adoption of Generative AI tools in academia, educators can significantly enhance teaching effectiveness, automate content creation, and support innovative research practices. The program also emphasizes Outcome-Based Education, aligning teaching strategies with measurable learning outcomes—an essential requirement in contemporary higher education systems.
