Contents of the Session

The session began with the students being divided into different groups. Various games and activities were conducted for the groups, encouraging students to actively participate and work together. The activities required students to communicate with their team members, coordinate their actions, make decisions, and work towards achieving a common goal.

The games were designed not only for entertainment but also to help students understand the importance of teamwork and leadership. Students were encouraged to take responsibility within their groups and support one another during the activities. The interactive nature of the session allowed students to participate actively and learn through their own experiences.

After each set of activities, the resource persons explained the purpose behind the games and how they were connected to real-life situations. They discussed how the activities demonstrated the importance of effective communication, leadership, cooperation, trust, coordination, and collective decision-making. This explanation helped the students understand the learning objectives behind each activity.

The programme provided students with an opportunity to interact with their classmates in a different environment and develop their interpersonal skills. The practical and activity-based approach made the session engaging and helped students understand the importance of working effectively as a team.
